Veggie Bundt Cake


  • 4 cups Grated Jicama
  • 4 cups Grated Carrots
  • 4 cups Grated Cucumber
  • Chamoy Mega® Original as needed
  • 1/3 cup Cubed Mango
  • 1/3 cup Cubed Pineapple
  • 1/3 cup Cubed Watermelon
  • Pretzel sticks to taste


  • Chilli Powder if desired
  • Lime Juice if desired
  • Salt to taste


  1. Grate Jicama, cucumber, and carrot in a food processor or cheese grater and press each one separately in a cheesecloth or dampened towel to remove excess moisture
  2. Press down firmly the grated jicama, cucumber, and carrot in a bundt cake mold and refrigerate overnight until set
  3. Invert the bundt cake mold in a clean plate and serve with watermelon, mango, pineapple, and pretzel sticks if desired.
  4. Drizzle with Chamoy Mega® Original and enjoy
