Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of cucumber
  • 1 cup of shredded jicama
  • 1 cup of shredded carrot
  • 1 cup Japanese peanuts
  • 1/2 cup spicy mango gummy
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Chamoy Mega® Picosito
  • La Limonera® juice to taste

Preparations

  1. Peel the cucumbers and remove the seeds with the help of a spoon. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the jicama with the carrot, peanuts, mango gummies, La Botanera® Original, Chamoy Mega® Picosito, and La Limonera®, and season with salt.
  3. With the help of a spoon, fill the cucumbers with the above preparation. Dip the cucumbers in Chamoy Mega® Picosito and cover them with La Botanera® Original.
