Spicy Beef Burrito


  • 6 Flour tortilla
  • 1 cup Cooked Beans
  • 1 Avocado
  • 10 oz Ground meat
  • 1/4 cup La Botanera
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 1/2 cup Leftover rice
  • 1/2 cup Cooked ground meat
  • 1 tbsp Red onion
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1/4 piece Avocado
  • Lime wedges
  • Extra La Botanera® Original hot sauce if desired
  • Burrito Flour Tortilla 1


  1. Cook ground meat in a skillet over high heat for about 4 minutes then add chopped white onion and minced garlic and cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and La Botanera® Original hot sauce. Add drained beans to the beef and cook for an extra 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Pre-heat the flour tortillas in a large skillet or comal until softened. Fill the tortilla with sliced avocado, chopped red onions, cooked beef, leftover rice, and chopped cilantro. Wrap the burrito and toast in a comal or skillet on all sides.
  3. Serve hot with lime wedges and La Botanera® Original hot sauce.
